NURTURING OUR NEIGHBORS LIVING WITH CHRONIC ILLNESS
Over the past twenty years TOUCH's Nutrition program "Eating Well" has become one of the most comprehensive nutrition programs in the Hudson Valley. With funding from The Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, TOUCH's Eating Well Program is open to the public who are in need of food pantry items. Additional funding allows people living with HIV disease and other chronic illness the ability to access our Nutrition Program.
Our success in providing healthier food items and nutritional counseling has been instrumental in improving the overall health of our neighbors in need. Our expanded program will benefit people living with diabetes, heart disease and other chronic illness to maintain and improve their physical and emotional health. Please contact us about our new programs and services. TOUCH is currently updating our website to reflect these new services.
